Each item is made-to-order using luxurious materials and classic designs. That allows us to tailor each garment to you and reduces waste. These handmade items are heritage quality and made to last for years as a staple in your wardrobe.

We only use high quality yarns of natural fibers, wool and cotton.
Our cotton yarns are OEKO-Tex 100 certified.
Our wool yarns are made sustainably in the USA. They are not treated with plastics like some superwash yarns. Natural fibers have amazing properties! Wool is naturally anti bacterial which helps fight smells, it is naturally fire resistant so we don’t need to add any fire retardant chemicals, and it’s thermoregulating(it keeps you more warm dynamically).
All of our natural fibers are naturally biodegradable so when they finally wear out beyond repair you can feel good about discarding them. You can even choose to compost them.

Fast fashion makes clothes fast that quickly fill up landfills. You end up buying new clothes every year and spending more money while making more trash.
To us heritage quality means that every item is hand crafted and made to last. Our knits are not fast fashion or disposable. You are purchasing knits that last longer, which ultimately is better for you, good for the environment, and saves you money.

We value the materials and everything that went into making them. The knitwear we sell is fully fashioned so there is minimal waste in our making process. There is some yarn that is used to aid in casting on or off the knitting machine, called waste yarn. This waste yarn is recycled and reused many times for multiple garments before being recycled where possible or discarded. When I have failed garments that yarn is unraveled and re-wound onto a cone for future use.
We use recyclable packaging materials and sell directly to customers thus saving on shipping.
Sustainability is a journey so if you have questions feel free to reach out.
